Here's what you need: unsalted butter, garlic, chicken broth, milk, fettuccine, salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese, fresh parsley

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 oz fettuccine
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add in the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately, and top with parsley.

2 1/2 cups uncooked dried gemelli pasta
6 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
6 ounces cooked chicken strips
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in 4-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain; return to saucepan. Keep warm.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add broccoli. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until crisply tender.
  • Place whipping cream and remaining butter in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Stir in Parmesan cheese 5-6 minutes or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Pour Parmesan sauce over pasta; add broccoli, chicken, bacon and garlic salt. Gently stir until well mixed.
  • Spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
