These sauteed boneless skinless chicken thighs are so easy to make and so delicious! Chicken thighs are pan-fried in a little oil until cooked through and beautiful golden brown in color, they taste mouthwatering!

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Other seasonings to taste

Steps:

  • Rub the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and other desired seasonings.
  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or a griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken thighs in a single layer, so they are not touching.
  • Cook for 6 minutes on one side, then flip over and cook for 6 more minutes on another side, or until the chicken thighs are cooked through (no longer pink in center).

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Put boneless skinless chicken thighs in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Toss with your hands to evenly coat chicken thighs with oil and seasonings.
  • Put the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400F for 20 minutes.
