Yield 1 cocktail

Number Of Ingredients 6

1½ parts Light rum
½ part Bitter citrus apéritif
1 part Lemon juice
½ part Orgeat
½ part Egg white
4 drops Aromatic bitters

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients except the bitters to a shaker. Dry-shake first (meaning, without ice), then add ice and shake again. Since this drink contains egg, you should double-strain it to remove any nasty eggy bits (or bean bits, if using aquafaba).

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass, champagne coupe, or other pretty glass. Add a few drops of bitters to the foam. If you’re artistic, drag a toothpick through the foam to create a fancy pattern.

GLASS DISH BROWNIES - COOKIE MADNESS
May 28, 2013 · Glass heats more slowly than metal, but it holds the heat longer and can actually promote more even baking. However, to keep the edges (the part where the batter hits the hot glass directly) you’re supposed to reduce the heat by 25 degrees. So the rule of thumb is to reduce the heat by 25 degrees F. when using glass and bake a little bit longer.
