Overnight Paleo Oatmeal - Paleo

You'll be amazed at how easy and filling this no-oats paleo oatmeal is. Prepare this paleo oatmeal the night before and enjoy a quick and healthy breakfast the next morning. Instant option included.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed (flax seed meal)
1/4 cup (4 oz.) coconut milk (or almond milk, just check the label to make sure it fits your diet) - or more for texture
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Steps:

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl or 12 oz glass jar.
  • Add in the coconut milk and maple syrup and stir until the milk absorbs the dry ingredients.
  • Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Stir it again, cover it, and refrigerate overnight.
  • When you're ready to enjoy your porridge (cold or heated), top it with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
  • This porridge is best if enjoyed within 24 hours of making.
