I have been making these forever...Not sure where I got the recipe, but they come out so moist and tender with lots of flavor. Don't let the mayo throw you off...they will be a hit at dinner.

Steps:
- COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, SEASONING; MIX TOGETHER IN A SHALLOW DISH. IN ANOTHER SMALL BOWL THE MAYO.
- SPREAD 1/2 TBSP OF MAYO ON EACH SIDE AND DREDGE IN BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE PORK CHOPS ON A BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350F FOR 45-60 MINUTES.

- Stir together egg, milk and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, coat with stuffing mix and place in pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 10 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat and juices run clear.
