10 oz chicken tenders
2 pcs beaten egg whites
½ cup or cereals, or stale whole wheat bread slices, coarsely crushed whole-wheat cereals
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp grated or powdered parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
to taste salt and ground black pepper
cooking spray
1 cup of your choice side salad
¼ tsp chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together crushed cereals, Italian seasoning, cheese, and paprika.
  • Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Add egg whites and coat in the crumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken strips on a greased wire rack lined with parchment paper and a baking sheet. Spray cooking spray on the chicken and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
  • Serve with a side salad of your choice!
