Orange Creamsicle Fudge is a sweet fudge made with just the right amount of orange flavor and white chocolate chips for a soft and smooth treat.

Ingredients

3 cups (600g) granulated sugar
¾ cup (170g) butter
⅔ cup (168g) evaporated milk
1 package (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
3 teaspoons orange extract
3 drops orange gel food coloring, (or more if using liquid food coloring)

Steps:

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, mix sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
Bring mixture to a boil and leave on heat until the mixture registers 234°F on a candy thermometer (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined.
Beat in marshmallow fluff. Then, reserve 1 cup of the mixture and set aside.
Add in the orange extract and food coloring and pour into the prepared pan.
Working quickly, dollop the reserved mixture over the top and swirl with the back of a knife.
Allow fudge to cool and set for about 2 hours before cutting.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Oil
2 Eggs (Large)
1 tbsp Orange zest
2 tbsp Orange juice
2 tsp Orange extract
Orange gel coloring
1 box Yellow cake mix (Use orange cake mix, if you can find it.)
1 cup Granulated sugar (For rolling cookie dough balls)
Orange buttercream frosting (Optional, For icing top of cookies)

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl, add oil, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, orange extract, orange gel coloring and mix until fluffy.
Add cake mix and mix until just combined.
Chill dough for 20-30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.
Roll balls in sugar.
Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
Once they cool down, frost them with orange buttercream or drizzle some orange glaze and enjoy!
