- "In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the Silky Peanut Butter Shake Fuelings and the almond milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms. I put a large piece of saran wrap on a food scale and see how many g the entire dough is. Divide that by 7, so you will know how many g are in each serving. I keep the entire ball of dough in the fridge, wrapped in saran wrap. I use the food scale to measure out one serving (usually 45-50g). "
