Steps:
- Remove the roots of coriander and chop the stems and leaves.
- Cut the onion into small pieces
- Cut garlic cloves into fine granules
- Avocado sauce: pit the avocado and cut the pulp into pieces
- Tomato sauce: Take the pulp part of the tomato, discard the core part with high water content, and try to keep it in a dry state
- Take the lemon zest first, then pound the lemon juice and add it to the bowl together
- Cut the pickled pepper into small granules and add in, and pour a little pickled pepper juice
- Finally, top with enjoi extra virgin olive oil, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, etc., and stir well.
- Place the sauce on the bread slices and toast slices and serve directly in the mouth
