GUACAMOLE OLE | CHOLULA HOT SAUCE

Guacamole Ole with Cholula® Hot Sauce

Yield Serves: 4

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 large ripe avocados
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
cilantro leaves
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Cut each avocado in half, remove pit, scoop the flesh away from the skin and place in bowl. Add ingredients and using a fork, mash and mix until desired texture. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with warmed tortilla chips.

3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
