WARM MIX OKRA RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Warm Mix Okra recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Okra is also known as lamb, coffee okra, and hairy eggplant. At present, okra has become a popular high-end nutritious and health-care vegetable and is popular all over the world. Its edible part is a fruit pod, which is divided into two kinds of green and red. It is crisp, tender, juicy, smooth and not greasy, and has a unique fragrance, which is very popular among the people.
Okra, which is included in the list of the best green foods in the new century in the United States, Britain and other countries, is called the "Olympic vegetable" because it has been designated as the first choice for athletes by many countries.
It is understood that this plant native to Africa also has a more easily remembered name "Plant Viagra", which the Japanese call "green ginseng". It has the functions of enhancing physical endurance, anti-fatigue and strengthening the kidney to invigorate the deficiency. Many countries use it as a medicine for strengthening the kidney and supplementing the deficiency of the elderly, as an additive and borrowing product for coffee. Long-term consumption of okra has the effects of skin care, stomach invigoration, liver protection and kidney strengthening. Okra is cold in nature, and people who have a cold stomach and are prone to diarrhea should not eat more.
Today I use okra to make the salad. In winter, I can only eat the salad warmly. It is too cold to bear. Use the warm mixing method, which is healthy and delicious
