lemon juice

ground cumin

ground coriander

kosher salt

1/2 tsp.

pepper

fresh vegetables, for serving

Steps:

  • Cook red lentils per package directions; reserve 1/2 cup cooking liquid and transfer lentils to food processor. Add garlic, tahini, lemon zest, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper, then puree until smooth, adding some reserved liquid if hummus seems too thick. Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping.
