1 pound ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped onion
3-1/4 cups uncooked medium egg noodles (about 6 ounces)
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

In a large skillet, cook beef with green pepper and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; crumble beef; drain., Stir in noodles, tomatoes, water, chili sauce, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until noodles are tender, 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Top with bacon.

1 (16 to 17-oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 oz. (2 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles
2 cups frozen 100% broccoli florets
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Steps:

In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
Add Alfredo sauce, water and ketchup; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add noodles; return to a boil. Cover; cook 5 minutes.
Add broccoli; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles and broccoli are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
