1 (16 ounce) can pear halves in natural juice, drained
1 (16 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Store in refrigerator.

An easy keto ketchup recipe made with ingredients you already have in your kitchen. This ketchup doesn't lack sweetness due to the addition of some zero calorie sugar replacements.

4 oz tomato paste
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup Water
3 tbsp Low Carb Sugar Substitute
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
2 whole cloves (optional)

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, whisk all the ingredients together. Cover with a lid.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Drop the heat to low and let it reduce for 20 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, and remove the cloves.
  • Blend the ketchup for 30 seconds to get a silky-smooth texture, transfer to a jar.
  • Store the ketchup in the fridge for up to a week.
