1 box Light cream
1 box milk
1 package coffee
2 scoops cocoa powder
Right amount White sugar
3 pcs egg
1 package qq sugar

Steps:

  • This issue corresponds to babies who have an oven, and babies who don’t have an oven at home.

    First of all, for friends who have an oven at home~
    Whipped cream (or milk), cream can make the pudding more smooth~
    Latte coffee (instant coffee is fine) If you don’t like coffee, you can choose vanilla extract or cocoa powder+
    Eggs, sugar
  • First of all, a bowl that is not too small, let the eggs be beaten into egg liquid~
    (Forgive the nonsense, but my uncle is lazy, thinking that the small bowl can be brushed well, but it was spilled.
  • Prepare a small pot, if you use milk, heat the milk, melt the sugar and coffee powder in it, you can taste the sweetness (by the way, take two sips)
  • If you use whipped cream, for coffee, use a small amount of warm water to rinse the sugar, and add the whipped cream to the egg bowl.
  • The egg mixture is mixed with coffee. If you have the conditions, you can add a little auspicious flakes or auspicious powder to increase the elasticity. Of course, you can also buy a special pudding powder. The taste will be closer to the finished product on the market.


    This depends on everyone’s needs. Uncle is just using eggs, because I hope everyone can try it more conveniently.
  • If you want to be tender, you can use more water, if you want q, you can have less water, plus the difference in the cooking process, so everyone can control and adjust by themselves~~~


    Coffee is added because it removes the special flavor of eggs, vanilla extract or cocoa powder can also be used
  • The mixed liquid needs to filter the action several times to remove the eggs that are not evenly beaten, and there are bubbles, which can make the taste more delicate
  • The prepared pudding liquid can be put in the oven after standing for a while~,
  • First of all, you prepare a glass-made big wrist, pour warm water into it, and put the bottle of pudding in it, whose height is more than half the height of the liquid.

    180 degrees for about 30 minutes, because the oven is different, you can use chopsticks into the bottle, if you don’t see the liquid, it means that the inside is solidified~
  • Finally add some finished caramel juice, or sprinkle white sugar on the surface of the bottle, and bake it with a spray gun!

    Caramel juice: add water to white granulated sugar, simmer in a pot over low heat, and the liquid will turn amber after the water evaporates.

  • Cool the qq sugar liquid to warm, even room temperature, so it must be cold! !

  • Oven to Crockpot Conversion General Information It's difficult to give exact conversion information on translating traditional oven recipes to the crockpot. Below you will find some general guidelines for converting your favorite recipes to the crockpot. Since crockpots vary, you should consult your owner's manual for instructions. • Crockpots may vary but generally, the LOW setting is about 200 degrees F. and the HIGH setting is about 300 degrees F. One hour on HIGH is approximately equal to 2 to 2-1/2 hours on LOW. Most crockpot recipes recommend cooking 8-10 hours on LOW. Some recipes recommend the HIGH setting based on the nature and texture of the food. You will have to judge your recipe accordingly. For example, beef cuts will be better cooked on LOW for 8-10 hours to get a more tender texture, where chicken can be cooked on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 hours. • Reduce the amount of liquid used in most oven recipes when using the LOW setting, since the crockpot retains all moisture that usually evaporates when cooking in the oven.
