NO BAKE DELICIOUS CHEX MIX (EASY ... - JUST A PINCH RECIPES
As a family, we're trying to get away from chips and unhealthy snacks. This is one of our favorites, year-round. I always make, at least, two double batches during the holidays. I usually make a double batch at a time and store it in a large plastic storage container on the kitchen counter with a 1 cup measuring scoop and small brown paper bags on the side for "scoop-and-go" snacks and lunch bag stuffers. (Decorative bags for the holidays.) A wonderful recipe for kids because there is no baking required. A favorite at Christmas time and all year long for this family. =)

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a clean, large plastic bag and slowly tumble until well mixed. Try adding 1 tsp. of dill and garlic at first. Try it and add more if desired... We like a lot, so I usually add more seasonings and a little more oil and taste as I go along until it's just right.
- Start with one batch, but if you are like us, you'll be making double batches from then on!

This is my mom's no-bake snack mix recipe, and it's so much better than the normal snack mix recipes out there. It's tangy, spicy, and insanely addicting! I make it for my coworkers for Christmas and always get requests for the recipe. What's nice about it is you can vary the proportion of snacks that are in...more oyster crackers, less pretzels, etc. For reference, it makes probably 2 plastic gallon bags' worth of mix. This also freezes well to stay fresh longer.

- Whisk oil, seasoning blend, dill, and cayenne together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) power for 3 minutes; this helps the oil to become a little thinner and easier to cover snack mix. Whisk in ranch mix until blended.
- Place cheese puffs, savory snack mix, pretzels, and oyster crackers into a large container or a large paper bag. Pour oil mixture in a little at a time, stirring to evenly distribute.
