NINJA FOODI FRIED CHICKEN - RECIPE THIS
Ninja Foodi Fried Chicken. How to cook delicious crispy fried chicken in the Ninja Foodi. Using the air fryer function the Ninja Foodi does an amazing job of perfectly cooking chicken drumsticks. Much lower in calories to the deep fryer this is a family air fryer favourite.

- Create your production line. Have one bowl for your eggs, one for your flour and a third for your breadcrumbs. Season the flour with salt and pepper and extra pepper. Add the other seasonings to your breadcrumbs. Make sure each bowl is well mixed.
- Generously season chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Then load the chicken drumsticks into the flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs. Making sure it is drenched in each bowl.
- Load your chicken into the Ninja Foodi trivet in the lower upside down position. Place the air fryer lid on the Ninja Foodi and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f. When it beeps turn the chicken over, season with extra salt and spray with a little extra virgin olive oil. Cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.

Steps:
- Select Sear/Sauté and set to Medium High. Select Start/Stop to begin. Allow the pot to preheat for 5 minutes.
- Put the oil and onion in the preheated pot and sauté until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the celery, carrots, chicken, and broth to the pot. Season with the thyme and salt. Assemble the Pressure Lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the Seal position.
- Select Pressure and set to High. Set the time to 2 minutes, then select Start/Stop to begin.
- When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the Vent position. Carefully remove the lid when the pressure has finished releasing.
- Stir the cream into the soup. Arrange the biscuits in a single layer on top of the soup.
- Close the Crisping Lid. Select Broil and set the time to 15 minutes. Select Start/Stop to begin.
- When cooking is complete, remove the pot from the Ninja Foodi and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
