Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
3 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
Sliced French bread baguette or tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese, peppers and basil until blended. Transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish. Bake until bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Serve with baguette slices or chips., Editor's Note: To prepare in a slow cooker, mix ingredients as directed. Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker; cook, covered, on low until heated through, 2-3 hours.

Yield 1-1/2 cups.

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (7-1/2 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Crackers and chopped vegetables

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the salt, curry powder, basil and pepper; mix well. Gently stir in salmon and onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
