3 tbsp. All-purpose Flour
3 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
Tiny Pinch Of Salt
3 tbsp. Whole Milk
3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Splash Of Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Steps:

Into a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla and stir until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess off the sides of the mug.Microwave for 90 seconds, then let the cake stand for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes before eating. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!

2 tablespoons 2% milk
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon onion soup mix
1/4 pound lean ground beef

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine milk, ketchup, oats and soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Pat into a microwave-safe mug or custard cup coated with cooking spray. , Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°; drain. Let stand for 3 minutes. If desired, serve with additional ketchup.
