BETH'S SPICY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
Husband said it was the best oatmeal cookies he ever ate, and his mom makes this for her speciality, and my cookies came out better. This is moist, chewy and perfectly sweet.
