This Monkey Bread comes together quickly and is perfect for serving overnight guests! They are one of my favorite no-fail recipes! Be sure to check out my from-scratch Homemade Monkey Bread too!

Number Of Ingredients 6

20 frozen Rhodes rolls
1 package COOK & SERVE butterscotch pudding, (do not use instant)
1/2 cup (1 stick, 113g) melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Chopped Nuts if desired

Steps:

  • Prepare the desired pan. (I use baking spray in a bundt pan)
  • Sprinkle nuts in the pan if desired.
  • Add twenty frozen rolls around the pan.
  • Evenly spread dry pudding mix over rolls.
  • In a medium bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Pour over rolls.
  • Leave on counter, uncovered, overnight. If you want to cover spray a piece of plastic wrap with non-stick spray and loosely place over the pan.
  • When ready to serve, place in oven and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

3 eggs
3 cans (12 ounces each) evaporated milk
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 to 1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 loaf (1 pound) unsliced bread, cubed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the milk, sugar, butter, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Gently stir in bread cubes. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake at 325° for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Open up all three cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Next, combine the white sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon. (3 teaspoons of cinnamon gives it a fairly strong cinnamon flavor. If you’re not so hot on cinnamon, cut it back to 2 teaspoons.) Dump these into a 1 gallon zip bag and shake to mix evenly. Drop all of the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon-sugar mix. Once all the biscuit quarters are in the bag seal it and give it a vigorous shake. This will get all those pieces unstuck from one another and nicely coated with cinnamon-sugar. Spread these nuggets out evenly in the bundt pan. At this point, you’re going to want to melt the two sticks of butter together with ½ cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. This can be light or dark brown sugar. Cook butter/sugar mixture, stirring for a few minutes until the two become one. Once the brown sugar butter has become one color, you can pour it over the biscuits. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is a deep dark brown on top. When it's finished cooking, remove it from the oven. If you have the willpower, allow it to cool for about 15-30 minutes before turning it over onto a plate.

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚. Generously brush a 14-cup tube pan or Bundt pan with some of the melted butter (do not use a pan with a removable bottom or the butter might leak out). Open all the cans of cold biscuits and cut the biscuits into quarters. Toss the cheese and parsley together in a large bowl. Arrange half the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the pan, covering most if not all of the bottom. Drizzle with half of the remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with half of the cheese mixture. Layer the remaining biscuit pieces over the top and drizzle with the remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese mixture. Bake until puffed, set and deep golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in the pan on a rack for 10 to 15 minutes, then invert onto the rack while still warm. Re-invert onto a cutting board or platter and serve cheese-side up. The bread is best served warm.
