EASY MINI MONKEY BREADS RECIPE - PILLSBURY.COM
We like our monkey bread mini, because that means monkeying around without all the fuss! These mini monkey bread treats are made from just one ingredient: Pillsbury™ Cinnamon rolls. Serve them up for a sweet, tasty breakfast or as an after-dinner treat.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 8 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray. Set icing aside.
- Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut each roll into 6 pieces; place 6 pieces in each muffin cup.
- Bake 10 minutes; cool in pan 2 minutes. Transfer to serving tray.
- Meanwhile, transfer icing to small microwavable measuring cup. Microwave uncovered on High 6 to 8 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over monkey breads.

Pillsbury™ Biscuits are baked into muffins, coated in cinnamon and caramel, and served up hot.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 6 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In small bowl, stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into 6 pieces. Roll biscuits pieces in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 8 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup.
- In 1-quart saucepan, heat butter, brown sugar and water to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until brown sugar is completely dissolved.
- Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons caramel mixture for drizzling after baking. Spoon remaining caramel mixture over biscuit pieces in muffin cups.
- Bake 8 to 11 minutes or just until biscuit pieces are golden brown. Remove from muffin cups; drizzle with reserved caramel mixture. Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x5” loaf pan with cooking spray or butter. On a cutting board, separate biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece into a ball. Dunk each ball in the melted butter than toss in cinnamon-sugar until evenly coated. Lay about half of the biscuit balls in an even layer, touching on both sides, in the bottom of the loaf pan. Toss apples with brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon. Scatter a very thin layer of apples on top of the biscuit balls. (You want the second layer of biscuits to touch the base layer.) Lay the second and final layer of biscuit balls over the apples, and top with remaining apples. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the biscuits are a deep golden and the apple mixture is bubbling. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make glaze. Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Run a knife around the edges of the pan, and transfer the monkey bread onto a serving platter. Drizzle glaze on top of the loaf. Serve warm.
