- FIRST SPRAY MINI MUFFIN PAN LIGHTLY WITH COOKN SPRAY...THEN TAKE ALIL SMALLR THAN A QUARTERSIZED PINCH OF DOUGH N FLATTEN THEN PUT INTO MUFFIN CUP PRESSN SLIGHTLY UP SIDES.
- BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350 OVEN FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWND...REMOVE FROM OVEN ... TAKE THE END OF A WOODN SPOON (MINE IS PLASTIC ;) N MAKE HOLE IN CTR ALIL ROUNDER N SLIGHTLY DEEPER FOR FILLN. FYI DONT WAIT TO LONG TO DO THIS STEP AS COOKIE WILL HARDN!
- WHILE COOKIES R COOLN. LETS MAKE THE FILLN...IN MIXER PUT SOFTND CREAM CHEESE N VANILLA N BLEND. ADD CONFECTIONERS SUGAR BY SMALL AMOUNTS N MIXN AFTER EACH ADDITION....UNTIL TOTALLY COMBINED. NEXT FOLD IN 1/2 CUP OF COOL WHIP.
