Steps:
- Preheat the oven according to brownie directions. Grease 16 muffin cups in a muffin tin. (Baking spray with flour included works well.)
- Fill each of the muffin cups about 1/3 full with brownie batter. Place one candy in each cup, careful not to allow it to touch the sides of the muffin cups. Divide the remaining batter evenly among the 16 muffin cups.
- Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. Test with toothpick. Remove from oven and cool completely on cooling rack. Frost and decorate as desired.
- Enjoy -- or package and give as gifts.
