300 grams Pork belly
Half root carrot
Half root Cucumber
Right amount star anise
20ml sesame oil
Right amount Vinegar
Right amount garlic
Right amount Cinnamon
Right amount Dried pepper
A paragraph Green onions
10ml Soy sauce
10ml Cooking wine
Right amount chopped green onion
Right amount salt
Right amount Sugar

Steps:

  • Prepare the main ingredients, choose a little bit of pork belly, blanch it in water to remove the blood foam, add water to the pot, then add the meat to the star anise, cinnamon, pepper, onion, and light soy sauce and cooking wine until the meat is cooked, and the chopsticks can be inserted through the skin to turn off Fire, let it taste for about 10 minutes
  • Let the braised pork belly cool and cut into thin slices, shred the carrots and blanch them, and cut the cucumbers into shreds. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, chopped green onion and sesame seeds, seasoning according to your taste.
  • Cut into thin slices, about 5 cm long pork belly, add carrot and cucumber shreds and roll them into a roll, then evenly drizzle with seasonings.
