- In food processor or possibly blender, chop candy into small pcs. Add in ice cream, syrup and lowfat milk. Blend to desired thickness. For a thicker shake, reduce lowfat milk by 2 or possibly 3 Tbsp.. Pour shake into glass and garnish with minced candy bar pcs. Note: Freezing candy bars before processing makes them easier to chop. Great candy bar-lowfat milk shake combinations: Chocolate ice cream with M & M's, Reeses Peanut Butter C., Mounds, Junior Mints, or possibly Three Musketeers.
