2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
2/3 cup chunky-style peanut butter
6 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Butter 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  • Place butter and peanut butter into bowl. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until butter melts; stir until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until lumps of sugar disappear. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until softened but not bubbly; stir.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares. Store refrigerated.

1 cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Line a baking dish with parchment or waxed paper.
  • Combine peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and thoroughly combined. Allow mixture to sit and cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Mix in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, until well incorporated. Press into the prepared dish and place in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, or overnight for a firmer fudge.
