1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Place carrots and water in a 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave until crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes. , Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over low heat; stir in honey and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes. Add carrots; cook and stir until glazed, about 1 minute.

  • Place carrots in a skillet and pour in just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer until water has evaporated and the carrots are tender. Stir in butter, brown sugar, dill, salt, and pepper.
