MEXICAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE RECIPE - PILLSBURY.COM

Steps:
- In 10-inch skillet, mix beef, taco seasoning mix and corn. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Spoon into ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese.
- Separate or cut dough into 2 long rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Place on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large bowl, combine potato flakes, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Add margarine; mix well. In medium bowl, combine egg and water; beat well.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture; thorougly coat all sides with potato flake mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in sprayed pan.
- Bake uncovered at 400°F. for 55 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
