Add the beans, tomato sauce and chili seasoning; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. , On 2 serving platters with sides, layer the corn chips, rice, onions, meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomato and olives. Sprinkle with hot sauce if desired.
