Have this recipe from a Stove Top Stuffing box. Its really yummy... This is also good if your on Weight Watchers.

Ingredients

1 package(s) stove top stuffing mix (any flavor works)
1 cup(s) water
1 pound(s) lean ground beef
1/2 cup(s) egg substitute or 2 eggs
1 package(s) lipton onion soup mix

Steps:

Let Stove Top soak in water until moist, add all other ingredients. Make into 6 mini loafs OR just put all in your meatloaf pan bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- 1 hr, til meat is no longer pink.

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) box uncle ben's stuff and such country style seasoned stuffing mix
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard

Steps:

Combine contents of crumb pouch and milk.
Add egg Worcestershire sauce and contents of seasoning pouch; mix well.
Add ground beef and mix until combined.
Press into loaf pan.
Blend ketchup brown sugar and mustard.
Brush sauce over meatloaf.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
