MEATLOAF WITH FRIED ONIONS AND RANCH SEASONING RECIPE ...
This was adapted from a recipe on another food website. I make this often as it is very moist, and very versitile. I hope you enjoy is as much as my family does! PS. It makes AWESOME Meatloaf Sammies if you are lucky enough to have any leftovers! :)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup, Heinz 57, Worcestershire sauce, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix, salt,pepper and fried onions.
- Shape into loaf and fit into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake, covered loosely with foil, at 350°F (175°C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.

Steps:
- CRUSH 2 cups Crispy Fried Onions. Place in bowl; mix in meat, 1/3 cup marinara sauce, Worcestershire, eggs, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf in greased baking dish.
- BAKE 1 hour at 350°F until meatloaf is no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature). Drain fat.
- SPOON remaining sauce over meatloaf and top with remaining onions. Bake 5 min. until onions are golden.

- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix with paddle on low speed until blended. Do not over mix. Just enough to incorporate all ingredients. To prepare, lightly grease the bottom of the standard baking pan and line with parchment paper (cut or folded to fit). Chill meat mixture for 30 minutes and shape into loaves. Do not pack too much. Press only enough to make a well-shaped loaf with ends that do not taper so all slices will be about the same size. Smooth out top of loaf. Bake in a 325°F conventional (300°F. convention) oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until minimum internal temperature is 155°F. Remove from oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
