Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- 01 - Using a fork or bare hands, mix alla the ingredients for the Polpettone ( not the breadcrumbs ). 02 - Roll flat the Polpettone. 03 - Place Mozzarella, the chopped Tomatoes and Basil. 04 - Roll up into a thick log shape. 05 - Roll the Meatloaf in the Breadcrumbs. 06 - Cook the Polpettone in the oven for 20 minutes on 180C / 350F until well browned. 07 - Pour the White Wine right on top the Polpettone, and keep cooking. 08 - While you are waiting for the Polpettone to cook, start working on the Tomato Sauce by cooking the Tomatoes with Olive Oil, Garlic and some Water to cook for 10 minutes. Add Basil at the end. ( At this point the Polpettone will have been cooking for about 30 minutes ). 09 - Pour the sauce on top of the Polpettone and cook for an additional 10 minutes in the Sauce. Serve hot.
