1. Cut steak into 2.5cm cubes. Heat oil in large pan, add onions, cook until soft. Add curry powder, chilli powder, garlic and meat cubes; stir until meat is coated and browned.
2. Add tomato paste, undrained, crushed tomatoes, stock and salt. Simmer, covered, for 1–1½ hours or until tender; stir occasionally. Blend flour with a little milk until smooth. Add remaining milk, stir. Remove meat from heat; add milk mixture; stir until smooth. Return pan to heat, stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve.
