1 tbsp oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 package McCormick® White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) white beans undrained

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with desired toppings.

  • Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
