MASHED POTATOES CROCK POT RECIPES
CROCK POT CUBE STEAK & GRAVY - JUST A PINCH RECIPES
Now, this easy weeknight meal may not photograph very well, but boy it is tasty. Slathered in creamy gravy, the cube steaks are very tender. This is a mild dish that will appeal to any palate. If you want a bit more seasoning, add some seasoned salt or even a Cajun seasoning. A great Crock Pot dinner option that will hit the spot when you have a busy day and don't have time to prepare an elaborate meal. We opted to serve this over rice but mashed potatoes would be delicious too.

- Place cube steaks in a Crock Pot.
- Stir all other ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cover and cook on low all day.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream (or half and half), chicken broth, paprika, nutmeg, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder until combined.
- Line bottom of a slow-cooker with a layer of potatoes, then top with 1/3 of cream mixture, 1/2 cup parmesan and 1/2 cup gruyère. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Remove the lid, turn off heat, and let set 30 minutes. (Drain any grease.) Transfer to a bowl and garnish with more thyme and rosemary, then serve.
