Quick and easy marshmallow frosting recipe made with 4 simple ingredients: Butter, sugar, marshmallow fluff, Vanilla. It's rich, smooth, creamy, fluffy!

1 cup Butter (Unsalted, Room temperature)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 cups Powdered sugar
1 jar Marshmallow fluff (13 oz jar)

Steps:

  • Add butter and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. 
  • Add powdered sugar (1 cup at a time) and mix until creamy. 
  • Add marshmallow fluff until smooth and fluffy.  
  • Chill for 30 minutes to make frosting easier to pipe (optional) and frost your cupcakes with Tip 1M. Enjoy!

1 teaspoon butter
1 can (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Line a 9-in. square pan with foil and grease the foil with butter; set aside. In a microwave, melt frosting and chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in walnuts; cool for 10 minutes. Stir in marshmallows. Transfer to prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm. , Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Discard foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
