Mango Sago recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Refreshing and nutritious mango sago fishing in summer, it should be a refreshing thing to have a bowl of iced mango sago fishing!

100 g Sago
250 grams Mango
400 ml milk
4 teaspoons crystal sugar
4 teaspoons coconut powder

Steps:

  • Boiling pot of boiling water;
  • Let cool in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Sago, wash it out.
  • After the water boils, add sago and simmer for 15 minutes;
  • Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes;
  • Pour out and rinse with cold water;
  • Pour it into a pot of boiling water and cook slowly, stir with a spatula while cooking to prevent sticky bottom;
  • Repeat steps 4-5. After the sago white heart is removed and transparent, remove it in cold boiled water and put it in the refrigerator freezer to chill.
  • Heat the milk with rock sugar and coconut powder;
  • After melting, put it in the refrigerator freezer.
  • Mango, peeled and pitted, diced, and chilled in the refrigerator.
  • After 1 hour, mix the milk and sago well, divide them into bowls, spread the mango on the noodles and eat.

3 pcs Mango
Right amount Coconut milk
Right amount Small sago

Steps:

  • Put the small sago in a pot and cook for 10 minutes on high heat. Turn to low heat for 20 minutes. Cook until there is a little white core in the middle of the small sago. Turn off the heat for about 10 minutes. The small sago is transparent.
  • Divide the mango into two, 1/3 and 2/3 each in a bowl, diced and set aside.
  • Pour 2/3 of the mango into the juicer, then pour in an appropriate amount of coconut milk, mix and puree the result, the ratio is according to your preference, if the mango flavor is stronger, add less coconut milk.
  • Mix coconut milk, mango puree, and small sago into a bowl, and sprinkle mango diced on the surface.
  • It tastes better when iced.
