"MALL OF AMERICA BOURBON CHICKEN" | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
From my kitchen where apparently things come together in a flash! I developed this recipe as a (close copycat recipe) of the Bourbon Chicken sold in a Chinese carry-out in the Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Steps:
- Let's get started...heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. Remove chicken.
- Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium heat until well mixed and dissolved.
- Add chicken and bring to a hard boil. Reduce heat and slowly simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve over hot rice, DIG IN and ENJOY with my compliments!
