EASY HOMEMADE EGYPTIAN KEBABS RECIPE - MAGIC SKILLET
Egyptian kebab recipe. Very delicious Egyptian chicken kebab.Very easy to cook!

Steps:
- Cut chicken breasts into 16 squares.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken yogurt, salt, turmeric, mustard, curry powder, cardamom, lemon juice, and vinegar. Mix well, set aside and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
- Thread marinated chicken cubes onto soaked bamboo skewers.
- Cook slowly, turning time from time and brushing with the marinade, over hot coals or under the broiler until chicken breasts are tender about 10 minutes. Transfer to a hot plate, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnish with fresh tomatoes, fresh mint or parsley.
