MACERATED BERRIES RECIPE | MYRECIPES

Macerated Berries Recipe | MyRecipes image

Macerating is similar to marinating but usually refers to soaking fruit in an alcohol concoction to soften it. Sugared and combined with Grand Marnier, these ripe berries give up their own juices until they swim in a delicious, sweet liquid. These are great on their own or over vanilla ice cream or plain yogurt.

Provided by MyRecipes

1 cup fresh raspberries
