4 cups water
1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
1?½ teaspoons hot sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot®)
1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
12 ounces American cheese, cubed
1 (6 ounce) package processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup heavy whipping cream, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Combine water, macaroni, butter, mustard powder, hot sauce, and salt in a multi-functional pressure cooker. Stir to combine. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  • Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove lid. Stir the macaroni. Keep pot on the Warm setting. Slowly add American cheese, processed cheese, and Parmesan cheese; allow to melt. Gradually stir in heavy cream until desired thickness is reached.

1?½ cups low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
¾ cup low-fat milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
2 cups frozen baby broccoli florets, thawed and patted dry
1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese

Steps:

  • Combine pasta, broth, milk, salt and pepper in an electric pressure cooker. Close and lock the lid. Cook at high pressure for 7 minutes.
  • Release the pressure. Add broccoli, Cheddar and cream cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir again and serve.

  • In a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker, combine the first 4 ingredients. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 3 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes; quick-release any remaining pressure.
    Select saute setting; adjust for medium heat. Add the milk, cream cheese and garlic powder. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper, basil. Cook and stir until spinach is wilted. Press cancel. Serve immediately. Garnish with additional basil, if desired.

  • Plug in the electric pressure cooker. Pour the chicken broth and water into the pot. Place the uncooked pasta into the pot and be sure as much of it as possible is covered with the broth and water. Pour the condensed cream of chicken soup on top of the pasta. Sprinkle the dressing mix on top of the condensed soup. Place the uncooked chicken tenders on top of everything else. You can just put the tenders in there but I prefer to cut the tenders into bite sized pieces. Put the lid onto the pressure cooker and close it to seal. Set the pressure cooker to cook for 5 minuted on manual high pressure. Once the cooking time has completed, do a quick manual pressure release. Put the pieces of cream cheese into the pot and stir. Add the uncooked steamable vegetables to the pot and stir well. Put the lid back onto the pressure cooker and then let sit for 5 minutes, giving time for the vegetables to warm and the cream cheese to melt. Uncover the pressure cooker and stir once more. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
