2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni until al dente.
  • Drain well.
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • Stir in macaroni.
  • Mix well.
  • Turn into greased 9 inch (2.5 litre) baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
  • Broil lightly if desired for a crisp golden brown top.
