Lumpia with Togue with Cheese is often served as an appetizer or a side dish which is best paired with a dip of spicy vinegar seasoned with onions and whole peppercorn or locally known as “paminta”.

¼ kilo (250g Lean Ground Pork)
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
½ med. Onion (chopped)
1½ cups Monggo Sprout “togue”
½ cup Carrots (chopped)
½ cup Bell Pepper (chopped)
1-3 tsp salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Patis (Fish Sauce)
30 med. fresh lumpia wrapper
30 pcs. cheddar cheese sticks
½ cup Canola oil (for frying)
½ med. onion chopped
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
or
2 pcs. red chili
¼ cup sinamak
pepper corns
