1 c. Lily’s Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
1 c. Lily’s Sugar-Free Butterscotch Chips
1 c. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes ((Optional))

Steps:

  • To prepare, simply toss all of the ingredients in a container with a lid and give it a little shake or stir.

I was looking for a nice snack that I could mix up quick and pack to take along on trips. I wanted something low in carbs and sugar. This recipe is so easily adapted. It is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates and it travels well.
