1/3 Cup Lemon, Juice
1/4 Cup Honey, adjust per taste
4 tbsp Mustard, 1 tbsp Stone Ground and 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Salt
2 Garlic, Minced
1/4 Cup Olive Oil, Extra virgin or cold pressed
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, Fresh ground

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor except oil. With motor running, add oil in slow stream to emulsify oil with other ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to use.
