Steps:
- Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until tender., Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings., Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add bacon and reserved drippings; toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled., Whisk the mayonnaise, dressings, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl. Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Stir in onions and cheese. Sprinkle with pepper if desired.

Loaded Baked Potato Soup with Ranch

Steps:
- In a large pot set over medium heat, cook the bacon, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Leaving about 1 Tbs. of bacon fat in the pan, drain bacon on a paper towel.
- Add butter to pan. When foaming, whisk in the flour and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker until smooth. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, whisking constantly.
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until thickened.
- Cut the potatoes in half and scoop the flesh into the pot, breaking up with a fork or a potato masher. The soup should be somewhat chunky. Stir in cream.
- Serve hot, topped with bacon, cheese and chives
