1 (22-ounce) package frozen waffle fries
Sauce
8 ounces Land O Lakes® Deli American cubed
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
Topping
6 slices (1/2 cup) cooked bacon, chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Steps:

  • Bake waffle fries according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, whisk milk and ranch dressing together in bowl; let stand 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Add cheese. Microwave 1 minute, stir. Continue microwaving 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
  • Place hot fries onto serving platter. Top with half of bacon and half of green onions. Drizzle with cheese sauce. Top with remaining bacon and onions. Serve immediately.

1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
¼ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
2 green onions, sliced, green parts only
ketchup, for serving

  • 1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet or large cast-iron skillet with cooking spray. 2. Spread out crinkle-cut french fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. 3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. 4. Sprinkle the fries evenly with cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. 5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the bacon. 6. Drizzle with the sour cream or ranch dressing, then sprinkle with the sliced green onions. 7. Serve immediately with ketchup on the side.
