STRAWBERRY FLUID GEL RECIPE - DROP
I use this Strawberry Fluid Gel to decorate my Buttermilk Panna Cotta.

Number Of Ingredients 3
Steps:
- Add granulated sugar and agar agar to a clean saucepan
- Stir until combined
- Add strawberries to the saucepan
- Stir until combined
- Let rest until hydrated - 5 min
- Heat until boiling while whisking
- Let cool until set - approx 1 hr
- Purée until smooth
- Decorate with piping bag
