4 ounces dried linguine
¼ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook linguine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain and transfer pasta to a large bowl.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl; drizzle over the linguine and toss to coat. Season pasta with seasoned salt.

Try this creamy seafood linguine for an easy and flavor-packed dish! It uses a rich white sauce made with clams, scallops, and shrimp.

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 lb cooked according to package instructions linguine
1 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp
15 cleaned mussels
12 clams
1/2 lb bay scallops
1/2 cup plat, chopped leaf parsley
1 minced small yellow onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp AP flour
1 cup fresh milk
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Arrange the cooked linguine in a serving plate.
  • Make the white sauce by melting the butter in a sauce pan.
  • Add the flour, stir and then cook for 1 minute in low heat.
  • Pour in the milk and continuously stir until the texture becomes soft. Set it aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Sauté onion and garlic
  • Add the shrimp and bay scallops. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Put in the mussels and clams. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the white wine and let boil.
  • Pour in the white sauce. Stir and then add the parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
  • Top the sauce and seafood over the linguine. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve. Share and enjoy!
